About ESS Myanmar
Endoscopic Surgical Society (Myanmar) was founded in March, 2009 with the great effort by our late Prof: Ye Myint (Patron of ESS).As of today, there are about 150 Local ESS members become life members of ELSA (Endoscopic and Laparoscopic Surgeons of Asia) (www.elasa-soc.com). Surgeons from various surgical fields such as Genereal Surgeons, Gynaecologists, Paediatric Surgeons, Neurosurgeons, ENT Surgeons, Cardiovascular Surgeons, Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgeons, Urologist and Orthopaedic Surgeons join us to strengthen our society. This facilitates us to collect information from different specialties to improve the laparoscopic standard.
